General terms: The price includes: gas, electricity and water costs as well as the
cleaning of the apartment or room
Prices published in this price-list are indicative and expressed in Euro.
You can move into the apartment or room after 2.00 p.m., unless arranged
otherwise.
At your arrival we kindly ask you to leave your passport to the landlord, so
that we would be able to register your stay.
The landlord is obliged to give you clean towels every three days as well as
the bed linen once a week.
Animals may be brought into the apartment only with the permission of the
landlord. Additional fee has to be paid.
On the day of your departure we would kindly ask you to leave the apartment or
room till 10.00 a.m. or you will be
charged for that day as well.
